If you live in England you get used to the rain but as a young child when I used to grumble about not being able to play out my grandad Daniel would say " The plants deserve a drink too don't forget !"
The idea for my song ENGLAND came from a memory of watching rain falling in my grandad's garden. It is amazing how these memories linger and inspire.
"You watch the raindrops fall, running down the garden wall . Summers here and sneaky storms attack the flowers and soak the lawns, this is England after all "
